easy summer pie: tarte aux prunes

Happy 4th of July!

We are busy celebrating and relaxing,
enjoying the relative heat of the summer.

No real desire to cook complicated desserts,
so here a super easy, fast and delicious pie:

1 sheet of thawed puff pastry
1/4 to 1/3 cup of sugar
2-3 tbsp of corn starch
a little cinnamon
fruits of your choice , here I used plums,
but works great with peach, apricot...

grease the pan, and cover with the puff pastry.
cut the fruits into small pieces,
mix the dry ingredients and coat the fruits,
fill the pie pan
bake 20-30 minutes at 375-400F.

Enjoy warm or cold with friends and family!
