a cute little strawberry pouch

It is hard to believe Spring is here with the snow storm we had last week.
But I hope it was our last one and that now we can dream of nice days
and strawberries!

Until these days happened, I sewed a cute strawberry pouch:

using this block I made last year with the farm girl vintage book:

I followed this simple tutorial from Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet,

using some older Lecien prints, for the outside and inside

I love having pretty prints for the inside too!

And it is perfect for carrying some little embroidery work,
like this cute bunny....
I have very behind for my easter project
or

very ahead for next new....

Happy sewing!

To make this lovely travel bag,
I followed this tutorial here from Make it and Love it.

It turned out quite well, mostly easy construction.
The plastic pocket is not too hard to sew, there is just no room for mistake!

I only changed one detail: instead of using leather for the earrings,

I will have to ask my friend how it survives!

Happy sewing!
