Today I would like to share our favorite
It does not look as fancy as the one you find in restaurants here
but it is the way I used to eat it when I studied in Italy,
Easy, delicious and fast!
fresh mozzarella (cherry size)
Cut it all in pieces!
Make a simple vinaigrette
olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and mustard.
Stir it all together
Let it stand for a while so that the basil can infuse the tomatoes.
And serve it and enjoy!
